Schumacher wins again

The qualification is dominated again by Michael Schumacher who scores pole with a huge gap of over 0.6 seconds. Surprisingly Marc Webber is able to get second place with his Jaguar, while Fernando Alonso drives off the track and has to start from behind.

However Webber's great qualifying turns into a horrible race. After a really bad start his tyre gets damaged in a collision with Ralf Schumacher. Webber falls back even more because of a drive-through penalty and ends the race with a driving mistake being already overlapped at the time. Just like in Australia, Michael Schumacher is leading the race without any problems, but the Williams team seems to have closed the gap a little bit.

Remarkable is Jenson Button's third place, which is his first place on the podium in his carreer. Renault is doing their best considering their bad starting position and McLaren seems to have completely lost touch with the top teams of Formula 1.
