The only thing special about this race is it's complete lack of overtaking maneuvers. After the start there wasn't a single pass on the track.
Nevertheless the start and the pit strategies cause some position changes and Montoya is able to win from 3rd starting position while Ralf Schumacher doesn't make it onto the podium from the pole. |
